Help Oreo Keep Fighting
Meet Oreo — a cat who has already defied the odds once.
Oreo came to us after being thrown from a third-story window. He survived, found his home with us, and has been living his best (second) life here ever since — even while managing chronic eczema like the tough little guy he is.
Recently he came down with a URI, so off to the vet we went. Turns out he had a double ear infection on top of everything else — this despite having his ears thoroughly cleaned at rescue AND again during his neuter procedure. This boy just can't catch a break.
Oreo has already given so much just by surviving. Now we're asking if you can help us give a little back.
If you're able to contribute toward his vet bill, even a small amount makes a real difference for cats like Oreo who have nowhere else to turn. Please remember, everything helps!

What a time it's been at the sanctuary! Our resident crew is doing what they do best — ruling their kingdom, demanding chin scratches at inconvenient hours, and reminding us daily why we do this. Life with our permanent residents is never boring, always heartwarming, and we're so grateful to have you along for the journey.
We've got some exciting things happening this season and we couldn't wait to share it all with you. We love getting out in the community and so does Chloe — our ambassador cat who is very much here for the vibes, just don't try to pet her. She'll judge you from a comfortable distance and honestly we respect it. Come find us at one of our upcoming vendor events where we'll be selling handcrafted jewelry, beautiful plants, and carefully curated vintage finds — all in support of Special Little Whiskers.
